press f12

click "create new petition"

If they ragequit the corp because you attacked them, they may or may not have been intentionally trying to get you concorded. However, in this situation, file a petition and CCP will replace the ship you lost generally, because it IS an exploit to do this on purpose.

You will probably not be able to have the T3 that you had pointed back, however, which is a shame :(

Aggression bugs best bugs(in this case you should have had aggro against the pilot which overrides the corp one which got invalidated).

Did you disable a warning that pops up when you do a 'hostile action'?

From what i understand he scrambled it just in case someone is somehow able to jump in and fly away with the t3.
