Yes as this is a service aimed at the local mission runner who right click sells loot either in jita or in his mission system, this being said though i do offer better prices than what they would be getting otherwise, as my service is tax free and jita prices will always be higher than mission hub buy orders.

Surprising how many people ask this tbh, but if it wasn't done this way, there would be no service. (literally)

In regard to PI products, i personally don't deal with them but if your looking for a buyer contact me with what you have to offer, and I'll speak to some my connections.
This goes for all products i personally don't deal with, 9/10 times i can find someone who will buy your goods

contacted buyer and within 10mins i sold 24k m3 of my level4 mission loot in one easy fast transaction.
