Based on my totally anecdotal evidence, my experiences are anecdotal, therefore the best evidence.

Exploration is totally brokededed atm.

I can corroborate those findings. I too ran one site today (Serpentis Prison Camp). It happened to be in my home system. After 35 minutes I received 21st tier Overseers Effects and a Vindicator BPC.

My scientific results are also: 100% chance of loot drop. ISK/HR: 1.8 Billion
