Pending changes to T2 rig production?

I would run the numbers on how much idle salvage exists in hangars because I think you'll find it's enough to utterly crash the market forever if you do this.

Not if you multiply mats reqs for rigs by 100 until that stockpile is gone, then take the reqs back down.

That's going to play hell with T1 salvage prices. Also keep in mind that T2 rigs have more drawbacks and a higher calibration point cost. That said, I think melting is generally a good idea, but be ready for PvPer aggro (also be sure it isn't worth more to build a ship, insure it, then pop it for the salvage).
