Make Moon Goo Producing Moons barren

In Year XX-XX several Pod Pilot ruled alliances placed a challenge out to any scientist to produce a ship that could destroy an Outpost and to destroy any resources of a value in any moon.

Realizing the political back lash from producing such a ship. YY-YY Industries before spending the resources to start the concept they saute conference from Concord, The 5 Major Power Blocks of new Eden plus many independent entities though out the New edan universe before beginning such a feet.
It was agreed that the such a ship would have limited combat ability beyond its original purpose to prevent any one Person to control too much power.

Due to the tasks required, this ship was to be come the largest ship at the time of its construction.

Since YY-YY industries had specialized with mining equipment, the also included unique mining capabilities to allow ships to have a use beyond its original designed role . Double the size of an average titian.

SPECIAL PURPOSE
Station: (Required Station Siege Module.
Station is bought down to 10% structure, the Musclus would then be with in docking range of the outpost and then “Siege” or lock on. A timer set by the pilot would last 24 to 36 hours (both the station and the Musclus). This time can be extended any anyone by disrupting the dissasembly process by Hull repping the station. This will could dialate the process up to doubling the time required to finish the disassembly process. The effectiveness of the Hull repairing has diminishing returns so a blob of ships will be far less effective that a hand full of skirmish ships over a longer period of time.

(The Hull repairing modules activate the Construction Nantes which built the station and they attempt to restart the rebuilding the station.)

During this period animation of Invulnerable NPC ships can be seen jumping in and out of system as interbus remove assets moving them to low sec NPC systems. While the module is active, Cyno jammers don't work with in system. According to the XX-XX treaty. Violation would result in the loss of all anchored objects, and loss of all assets. Held in stations.

The Musclus will also jet can base minerals collected from the station's disassembly as the process continues (opening up opportunities for small skirmish warfare over these recycled materials.)

Once complete. Several (ie 3)Hardened Massive Explosives will be in place on the random location on the station's structure. These will be required to be destroyed, which in turn will cause a massive destructive blast, destroying almost every target on grid minus capital ships (much like the old dooms day.)The setting off of the explosive will required substantial volley of damage to set off the explosion.
IE Dreadnaughts firing at range, to set these explosive off


Moons: (Required Moon Seige Module)
Moons may made baron via the use of Musclus (though to keep game balance a random barren moon becomes the moon type) that was destroyed.
Once there is no pos on a Moon, the Musclus is “sieged” into the position of the POS. A timer of 24 to 36 hours will be put in place when the Musclus is invulnerable. This timer can be dilated with the use of mining lasers being used against Musclus will disrupt the Drilling process and Dilate the timer up to double the set length.

To Destroy the Value of a Moon
To Destroy an Outpost.
:Requires Seige type Mode to begins its special ability. Once complete a Large battle should issue
Ship is to have a jump drive
Ship is to have a clone bay
Universal Ship bay double the size of a ship Maintenance pay (as it required players to defend it) though it can strengthen the ships who defend it.
There has been a call for an AWSOME Mining ship, and with the recent Supper Carrier Nerf, there has been no alternate to the hulk to mine. This ship should allow this unique desire to be filled.
Will allow Null sec to “use a Scorched earth Stratagy” in their war campaigns.
Produce a an opportunity for small raiding fleets to be involved in siege process. Produce a product to place ships at risk for the greedy
Ship is to have no “real offensive power” – Restriction to used non fighter sized craft.
Double the size and double the cost of a normal titan
High defences (when in siege the ship is in re-inforced) but no offensives
Vulnerable vs small attack even in siege – ie causing the progress to delay
Not able enter low sec, or null sec NPC space under article XX-XX of the XX-XX. The ship is only able to destroy Out posts, not concur-able stations these restriction are hard wired in the ships design.

What, exactly, would you intend to happen once all of the moons are gone? (Not if, when.) The complete removal of tech 2 ships?

any moon that became barren, a random barren moon would all of a sudden provide this resource.

From your previous post this thread is about randomly changing moon materials, which has been done to death.

There will never be (and should never be) a ship better than the Hulk at mining (s.carriers were slightly better than Hulks, but only like 10% and only with all 5s and T2 mining drone rigs). Any ship that is accessible and mines more than the Hulk will screw up the mineral market badly. It's been asked for many times and is shot down for its idiocy every time.

Furthermore, "Scorched Earth", in a closed system like Eve, is just plain stupid. You end up hurting the entire game through it, there are massive ripples.
