Did you guess 9? Excellent! Because today, we're going to learn about fractions. But not just any fractions, Complex fractions! (See what I did there?)

So, a fraction is part of a whole. For example, 6/10 and 9/10 are both fractions. When you add 1 to 8, you get 9. If you're dealing in parts, it can be said to be 9/10. See where this is going?

CCP however never bothered to learn fractions. They stopped at 5/10 for Serpentis (all the drugs), then resumed at 7, skipped 9, and made 10 an awesome number. And those poor Drone regions! They even deprived an army of Russians the leisure of farming their fractions too.

So CCP, please learn fractions and add 9/10 DED's for each race. Why don't we have them yet? A-Type battleship loot is sexy.

But hey, maybe its because 7 ate 9.

Yeah, CCP should finish that, along with everything else.

Then again, CCP may have already added in the missing DED sites. Of course they haven't been documented yet and CCP does have a habit of adding things like that in stealth mode.

They are ratings not fractions. You're not doing four-tenths of a Serpentis site are you? I still agree with what you're getting at though.
