Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizers I or Inertia Stabilizers II .

I would have thought the T2 (Meta 5) was better than the Meta 4 item but it has a larger signarture radius boost, which then leads me to wonder about my understanding of the signature radius boost on these modules. The T2 is more expensive (6x more).

Can anyone shed some light here?

The meta4 one is better. Same is true for a lot of random modules, the most commonly cited is usually Armor Plates. (meta 4, Rolled Tungsten, is better than T2 in every regard.)

The idea behind Meta 4 being 'better' was for it to be harder to find but T2 to be 'superior' due to availability or something

From what i have learned from experience with other modules, usually the T2 is better with more skills, the Meta 4 is better for low skills but way more expensive. In this case, the Meta 4 is always superior and a lot cheaper than the T2. Its just.......another exception to the rules that makes eve confusing and more complex for no good reason.
