Well,

I don't know what kind of activities you are interested in but if you are even partly active PVP and this pest ever undocks then find a bunch of people that are willing to take you in, and also wardec / gank this pest until he goes away.

At the very least a corp with some brains that can accept your reasons for your past actions and are willing to ignore this joker. Most of the 'omg u stole from old corp' types aren't really worth bothering with anyway based on the feasibility of your explanation, which seems reasonable...

Actually, I have found one of these, and it's nice. It's just the guy has now hired mercs on this corp because they shelter me...

Try going into a large 0.0 alliance for a while, since they'll be resistant to mercs, unlike some small empire corp. Or sell your char and buy another one if all else fails.

Sell your character and buy a new one. Create an alt just to grief this dude: hire mercs and gankers to make his life miserable while posting lies about him on C&P forums, and telling lies to all his in game associates. Your welcome.

Join an npc corp for a month or two. No possible war recent, and without the ability to bug you, he should get bored and move on.

Er, no. Obviously this particular someone has a real hard-on for the OP.

I know someone in game who keeps track of a particular guy who slighted him *years* ago.

Your best defense, is to disappear. Create a fresh alt, sell your main, transfer all isk to a second fresh alt, biomass first alt, use second fresh alt to buy new main, destroy second fresh alt. No paper trail, no connections, no nothing. And all it costs you will be a couple plex. (Maybe more if you want to upgrade your 'main') You are a new you now. Go forth and have fun.

Or if you prefer something more proactive, your best offense is another offence. Professional attention to your 'problem' can be had for unreasonable but affordable amounts of isk.

Following you around in game is not an EULA violation. I know exactly who you are talking about and what they do.

You would probably be better off joining a PvP corp/losec corp/0.0 corp.
