So, im currently flying a decently equipped coercer, have no trouble with Lv 1 missions and can complete Lv2 missions if i'm patient and careful.

I really want an Oracle, [which I know may not be the best ship out there but hey, I like the way it looks].

So, im guessing im going to have to get a Cruiser before I get to my Oracle. Does that mean I should get myself a Maller and continue on the Lv 2 missions up to the point I can afford my oracle? Im tempted to get the Arbitrator only because its so different to what most Amarr ships are, but that means wasting precious skill time training up drones . . . . . .

Any suggestions? Opinons?

Oracle doesn't have the tank to comfortably run L3 missions from what I hear.

You really should be aiming for a Harbinger, and train them drone skills up to T2 light/med drones so you can effectively counter frigates. Although the oracle looks very nice it has no business in L3 missions. Though with good piloting skills I understand it's even been used to do (some?) L4s.

I'll reconsider the oracle perhaps, but how about a Cruiser? Maller? Arb?

Arbi is a functional drone boat, but I'd suggest the Harbi. Work up those medium laser skills and go BC.
