Missile Projection for Torps?

Hello all,

I'm wondering if missile projection is worth training to V for torps for use in a pvp phoon. So far I've trained:

Warhead Upgrades IV
Torpedo Specialization IV
Target Navigation V
Rapid Launch V
Missile Bombardment V
Missile Launcher Operation V

Well. Yes. Torp range is depressing and needs all the help it can get. On a Typhoon the issue is even more exaggerated than on a Raven variant. And in case no one has mentioned it yet, the phoon deserves just about every skill point you can possibly pour into it.
