When I try to create another character, It won't finish updating at the Customization step Sad . How do I fix this?

I've not heard of that happening before.

Hi Ravenblaster

The character customization has a very high level of detail, and therefor demands more of your graphics card, than other parts of the game.
As a result of this, some players will experience problems loading these menus. (Very long loading times / won't load at all)

I'd recommend you make sure your graphics drivers are up to date
In addition, you might want to lower your graphics settings as well. (Escape > Display and Graphics).
In particular, lowering shader quality takes some strain off the hardware.

Before doing any of the above, though. Try simply clearing your cache, as it could just be a dizzy file, causing you problems. (Escape > Reset Settings > Clear Cache).

If you are still experiencing issues, feel free to file a petition.
