EULA Violations

How many warnings is it before a ban in terms of EULA violations?

EDIT: Also, how are the bans applied? Per character, per account, all accounts on the card, what?

It's at CCP's discretion depending on the severity of the breach. You might get a slap on a wrist and a warning or you might get perma banned instantly. It's account wide with the possibility of this extending to all associated accounts.

Hrrm. Does CCP take into account past warnings? If I said I had in mind someone with two previous warnings, who had committed another EULA violation?

As I said, It's at CCP's discretion and depends. They will of course factor in previous violations were there any on that account.

They can if my ingame wang has been following me around for months getting me kicked out of corporations and generally ******* up my gameplay. I JUST WANT TO BE LOVED.

The reason being that my corp history is awful due to being harassed for months by someone who follows me round and gets me kicked out of corps... xD

That myself and a friend stole his POS. Not necessarily untrue, but the story is we had paid for, fuelled and generally looked after the POS. Then he started taxing us 10mil a day for not fighting his wars, so we took it and left.

No, you can't have nice things because you can't seem to be able to read. Reporting someone as a corp thief is perfectly legal; harassing them for months about it is not. Check the EULA.
