Shared Standings Question

So I have my main and alt fleeted up together to have them share the standings rewards from completing missions, however one character doesn't seem to be getting the standings. My main is running the missions in high sec while my alt is in a wormhole. The alt is getting the reward money but not the increase in standings. Is this normal? I've never tried to share standings with a character inside a wormhole, but I have shared it while they both are in high sec without issue. Thanks;

I don't know if it matters, the alt hasn't interacted with this corp and it doesn't show up with any standings. Do I have to talk to a agent first and get the standings to show (based off social skills) before I can share standings?

Both characters need to be in the same system (the one with the agent) when the mission is turned in for the standings to be shared.

I'm not sure but this may be limited to characters docked in the same station as the agent?

Its not. I have five accounts, two of which I mission on. I fleet everyone up, run missions on two of my accounts simultaneously with the same agent. Two other accounts (this account is new and will start leeching today too) leech several jumps away in our corp station. The standings leech isn't limited to the same system, but perhaps is by region. IRT having to speak to an agent, you don't even have to do that. My two leeching accounts have never spoken to an agent at all.

Standings gain are multiplicative, so its best if you run multiple characters simultaneously to do so separately from each other if possible. With two characters the end effect is akin to running double the number of missions per hour than I actually do. Works out great.

Your character that is not showing the standings gain probably needs to log off and log on to get them to show. This character had the same issue while sharing gains from a more capable mission runner. The standings changes were not showing up till I logged off and on. I had a station to do that in, you will have to let us know how logging off and on works in a wormhole. And the gains work fine across region boundaries as well.
