stuck in 320x200

Tried running in virtual desktop mode at 1600x900. This ran great but was too high for my monitor, since my monitor res is also 1600x900.
I then tried adjusting the resolution. Now Eve Online is a small 320x200 window in the upper left-hand corner.
It seems stuck in this mode and I have no idea how to get it out of it.

Running without virtual desktop just makes the entire monitor 320x200.


If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

oh, figured it out. Removed the cache and settings folders.
