POS reinforced with online guns? Bug?

So our alliance decced another alliance. We destroyed one of their POSes that was not onlined and then reinforced another one.

After logging in again this Caldari large tower has a ton of Blasters onlined on it and they unanchored all the incapacitated guns we did last time.

Now it has been awhile since i did POS bashing but I thought the machnics forbid you form onlining anything once the tower is reinforced.

And i thought you cant unanchor guns unless they have been repped yeah?

During reinforced you can anchor anything that doesn't require CPU, such as guns.

Also, during reinforce you can repair/online any batteries that do not use CPU to function. So you need to keep pressure up on the tower to prevent them from repping or anchoring new stuff.

(I couldn't remember whether or not you could anchor new ones.)

I'm fairly certain you can. AFAIK the only limitation is that any modules that require CPU cannot be onlined (and they are offline).
