I will offer 9 Bil for the toon. The implants can not be seen. When I receive the toon, and I find the implants plugged in i will transfer the jita price for the implants.

I keep having to repeat this again and again so let me do it one more time. If the seller wants to seel this character for 1 ISk or 1 Trillion ISK you have two options: Bid or Ignore. It really is that simple. Discussion on what you think the price should be is completely and utterly irrelevant.
