If you really need a reason to quit the forums, just browse some of the threads about CSM election thing. They'll cure anyone of wanting to read forums.

Have a look at Reddit. I used to pass dead time at work by poking around the Eve forums. Then I learned that Reddit actually has more content beyond the mindless banter of the Eve forums. Granted, there's lots of mindless banter on Reddit, but it has interesting stuff there in addition to the banter. Eve forums are just banter, and nothing more.

EVE forums really are a hell hole, I've seen better posts from the flat earth society and Darkfall Online.

That said, I enjoy putting down ideas that I know will **** off the many alts, that 0.0 gankers have on here to try and counter-act my opinions, the thing is, these assholes aren't the majority, if people who actually played the game posted more and shut these douchebags up then it wouldn't seem like so many are against you.

Try looking at the actual numbers of people posting against you, I counted about 9 - 10 ( and that's being generous ) people including the likes that were given to other members posting, they aren't a threat, just more organised which is why they managed to slink their way into the CSM elections without anyone caring. I guess you could have any word for what I feel about that, but personally I barely consider them a threat, so I just keep posting especially when you just know they're the type to make extra accounts just to make it appear as though there are lots of people on their side.

If people are becoming a royal pain in the arse and genuinely out to get you just hide their posts since it's obvious that they have nothing to add to the conversation to begin with.

Funny how most of the 4chan troll's these days actually do nothing but post hentai and rage stuff on perfectly normal thread's in order to do something someone notice's online, why not try something simple such as contribute rather than troll? but then again i suppose that notion has nothing to do with you?
