New patch did not fix it for me. Anyone else have any ideas?

Hi! It would be great if you could send a bugeport about this, if you havn't done yet (if you have done so, please reply with the id of the bugreport).

There were several crashes fixed in the last patches (for example the one after session changes), but it seems like you have a different issue.

It would also be good to try following:
* Set the graphic options of the EVE client to the minimum
* Try both windowed and full-screen
* Try to disable station environment (if it is enabled)

Tried all that and it didn't fix it. Also reinstalled twice.

I will look at the bug report later and see what I can do. Although I am an EVE player I am not one of those guys who can sit down and hammer all that out in a few minutes.

Wow, I reinstalled Windows Vista and have nothing on my PC but EVE and it still crashes if I don't un-check "load station environment". Also, I could not directly download the client from CCP's website, I had to manually do it. It kept saying "client is corrupted" or something like that. Also, once I downloaded it, it still installed the new update once I logged in. There is something very wrong with the 2nd iteration of Crucible and either CCP does not know what it is or they are not telling us. Either way they need to roll it back.

Again, I had nothing on my PC but EVE and I crashed to the desktop when loading the station environment. I have Comcast so I do not even need software to get on the Internet.

Another thing, I tried everything I could to remove all EVE files from my PC but was unable to do so without reinstalling Windows. The uninstall tool would crash at the very end and even though it looked like everything related to EVE was gone it kept saying my overviews, account info and chat channels. I was pretty sure I kept crashing because of those corrupted files but I couldn't find them. Several people gave me different advice on where to find them but nothing seemed to remove them. I think they should be transparent and easy to remove like the rest of EVE.

Anyways, I can now play EVE but I don't feel the game is 100% anymore because of the new updates.
