it would be nice if stations that look like they have more then one undock would work that way. say a station has 5 undock ports it would just randomly pick one and you would come out there.

i think this would make it seem a bit more real since a place like jita would not have just one undock there is just way too much volume.

Let's try to keep our comments in list view. It's easier to read, and this thread isn't about one thing, it's about all the little things that combined could give EVE a bad image. There's potential for a lot of posts. Let's keep it simple for CCP in case they want to take a look.

Arguing with strangers on the internet is a sucker's game because they inevitably turn out to be, or are indistinguishable from, self-righteous sixteen-year-olds possessing infinite amounts of free time.

• I miss the "wob wob wob" sound the warp scramblers used to make
• I'd like each ship to have a unique sound, the same way pod racers in Star Wars TPM had different sound, the same way ships in "I was there" trailer had different sounds
• strip miners and ice harvesters look too similar

This thread needs a bump. It is one of the few threads on these forums that is actually worth the space it takes on the forum server.

I usually have a bunch of chat-windows stacked in a corner of my screen. They're stacked in a particular order with more importand windows on the RHS and less important on the LHS. Unfortunately whenever my client is restarted the windows rearrange themselves into a random order. I'd love it if they remembered what order they are in so I don't have to manually re-sort them every time I log on...

- fix "sort by number of items" option in assets window

Ever since Dominion (I think) that option lists stations with most items at the bottom in assets list and even if you try to have it list from the top it doesnt do anything. Annoying.

When looking at corp hangar folders, it seems the item list is being drawn from server each time even if the list hasn't changed between tab change. Or atleast if the list isn't drawn from server it is analyzed completely even if no changes have happened. There are thousands of different items(half of which are BPC) on one tab/folder at the hangar view because I use it for manufacturing and invention. 4 second delay everytime i change tab =/

Allow stacking of identical BPC. When inventing you need several station containers for them which seems quite insane. You need to put them into station containers because if you put them all into corp hangar they cause quite large loading times.

When inventing remove meta 0 item from the meta item view because it does no good to use it.

When inventing have highest meta item selected as default.

remove unuseable menu items when rightclicking BPC. You can't for example 'time efficiency research' a BPC.

Has anyone noticed how faulty the Jaguar/Wolf turret positions are? It has been so ever since the Incarna expansion when the turrets were renovated.

If you look at a Jaguar:

1st turret slot places 2 turrets at the front and another turret on top at the back.
2nd turret slot places a turret an each ''wing'', at the sides of the ship.
But the 3rd turret slot places 2 turrets underneath the hull; it would have to shoot through its own hull to shoot above it.

Ever since that expansion, you could put turrets in any order you liked. That means you could just put a turret on the last turret slot of a Jaguar. If you did, you would see that just those 2 turrets underneath the hull would have trouble shooting anything above it without trying shooting through its own hull...

The Wolf basically has the same problem. It has the same turret layout as the Jaguar except it also has the extra 2 turrets on top of the hull at the back, because of the extra turret slot it has. Again, these turrets would have to shoot through its own hull to shoot anything below it, as well as above it for the 2 turrets underneath the hull.

The Rifter seems fine...because of the turret layout it has it won't have its turrets shooting throught its hull. But lets be honest, the turret on top on the right and the turret underneath on the left, looks awful.

I think the original turret layout for these ships were better (and made more sense), despite the lack of a turret to shoot above with the 2 turrets at the front. I understand that this is only somewhat of a graphical issue, but its still kind of annoying.

  • I'd like the option to put corp and alliance tickers in chat user lists.

  • Where target portraits and brackets in space have the range, I'd also like to have the velocity and angular velocity.

  • I'd like it if a single chat tab could display multiple channels within it and you could color the chat according to which channel was involved. This would make it easier to monitor multiple channels of interest at once.

  • Implement Drone-related implants, please.

  • Being warp disrupted/scrambled/bubbled is a very important thing to know. I'd like to have Aura verbally announce when the warp drive becomes incapacitated or available.

  • Pre-Crucible, you used to be able to get your current XYZ coordinates whenever you clicked "Add Bookmark" for your current location. This seems to now be missing, so I'd like some form of knowing what my current coordinates are in the solar system.

  • New feature, please: "This circle, drawn on the background, is centered on your current velocity. You are warp-aligned to any distant objects within the circle."

- Clearly visible indicators on your HUD if you are being scramd, webbed, painted, etc. and by how many. Those little icons on the overview are a joke, especially in fights where the overview list gets very long.

Restore the white "active" circle around cloak modules. Much more useful and visible cue than the soft green pulsing we are left with.

Operation: WRITE DOWN ALL THINGS!!! is taking over where the Thousand Papercuts'' project left off.

Please check this thread: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=98941&find=unread

The biggest difference with Akita's project is that the actual list is on G-Doc and open to all visitors. The items on the EVE-O forums, on the first page and the updates further in the thread, are unsorted, not color-coded and have no links to the initial posters or additional information. They are just there mainly to keep the thread going.

The WDATT-list: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SyqOQ09grn4n-JoKm7h9701p9GIRNcW6e1BQG_ZfCSE/edit#heading=h.jycfm0xyozmk

Another difference is that this by a staff of multiple editors. By making it a crowd-sourced project, hopefully it won't all depend on the efforts of a single person to keep on going. We are always looking for more editors!

Operation WRITE DOWN ALL THE THINGS!!!  Check out the list at http://bit.ly/wdatt Collecting and compiling all fixes and ideas for EVE. Looking for more editors!
