[DELETE THIS THREAD] New Mission Types

I think it is time for a new mission type to enter the fray. I have a few ideas, here is one of them:

- Simulations

Simulations are like Encounters, except everything is simulated. If you lose your ship in the mission, for example, then you won't actually lose it. This would also apply to any loot and/or salvage, not to mention everything else.

There would have to be some kind of graphical element to represent it being a simulation, though. A grid of squares instead of a nebula, maybe?

Possible Simulation Missions:

- Training Excercises
- Experiments
- Etc.



What are your thoughts on this, and what other mission types can you come up with?

No please no simmulation. Ship losses are the greatest thing in this game. Possibility to lose anything and everything every time I undock is why im into this game and why I hate wow (oh how much would I want to see player in wow lose his T10-T11 or what the number is now). Other than that I really dont see any usefulness in simulations - we have test server you know?

Mission types I would like to see:
Smugling (move contraband from low-sec to hi-sec)
Rescue (defend some ship, remote repair it)
Help squad of NPC defeat someone
Steal (use stealth ship to infiltrate and steal from cargo then fast out)

I would also greatly welcome any randomness in missions (like random numbers of rat spawns).

CCP really please dont use Upgraded, Limited, Experimental and Prototype in item names. It sounds like the item is actually worse than basic meta 1 item. Use Calibrated, Enhanced, Optimized and Upgraded. Its really easy to understand that the item is better than meta 1 and its also in alphabetic order.

Well I believe you can. You just need to think a lot over your ideas before posting and then accept criticism that isnt always polite.
