You'd have to be "Fruitloops" to do them (unless you're a bot, of course).

You will be hailing cargo volume as high as 7200m3, anywhere from 2 to 8 jumps each way. You typically have more than enough time to complete them on autopilot. I would recommend applying a moderate tank to make your AFK hauler less attractive to opportunistic gankers.

You do get higher standings gains than L3 variants, so they are worth doing.
