CCP, any way you can extract economic data in a high/ low/ null sec breakdown?

CCP, I realize that because of the movement of intermediate products, it is impossible to get a complete picture on what is the major economic engine for Eve, high sec, low sec, or null sec, or wh's.

But with all the database tools you have at your disposal, is there any way , for example, of identifying how many T2 modules and T2 ships are manufactured in each type of space?

If you can nail how many supercaps are built in a month, I would imagine the same query process could be applied, albeit far larger, to identify T2 items.

Yes, they can. No, they won't. A little too dangerous of an environment for that right now.

Invention is like the worst thing to try and do in null/lowsec. If you have the BPCs already its not bad but I'd still wager most of the production and virtually all of the invention is done in highsec.

I would tend to agree with you.
But it is all purely anecdotal until CCP releases some hard numbers.

Another indication might, and I say might be, is the amount of tritanium that is refined in a given class of space.
Or the amount of meta zero 425 rail guns refined.

There are countless ways of measuring economic activity, most I am sure I would never think of.
And I can only hazard a faint guess at the quality and quantity of database queries that would be required.

But I would think that if CCP is indeed mulling changes in industry, or any changes to the Eve economy, they must have some idea of what the baselines are for the economy currently.

And I am sure I am not alone in wondering what those baselines are.

Don't they usually release a quarterly economic report for the entire game?

Not since their subscribers started dropping. They don't want to give us clubs.

Follow @CCP_Diagoras on twitter. Not only is he awesome, but he also tweets awesome eve data daily and he sometimes tweets them as a response to @tweetfleet 's request. So you might get your answer if you ask politely.

Would such data even be accurate sector based?

Large 0.0 alliances (and this includes low/WH's) primarily buy and transport their goodies from highsec via neutral alts.

For accuracy perhaps destination of such goods would be pertinent - if it's even possible?

Nullsec democracy is an oxymoron. Bloc voting forĀ alliance candidates is Democracy for Morons 101. Let them perish in their self-interest.

Bring back Eve. OUR Eve.

That is awesome!

Looking at his tweets now!
Based at first glance at some his random tweets, there is no doubt CCP can create a pretty precise picture of the economic landscape of Eve. And I don't even mean what came out of the QEN's previously.

Based on one of John's pie charts, 66.78% of Eve's population lives in high sec, vs 20.07% in null.
I am fairly confident that CCP could give us something fairly rough to say X% of all minerals are refined in high sec, or Z% of all T2 ships are manufactured in null sec.

I am looking to find out where the manufacturing base is, where most of the mining is done, where most of the income in the game is generated.

John's tweets indicate that CCP could push out some pretty decent approximations with possibly a lot less effort than I envisioned.
