customs office coming out of reinforced mode

labby1 I am not a Crook Likes received: 0	#1 - 2012-02-02 20:24:36 UTC ive just seen a customs office come out of reinforced mode and noone has gone to it, what does it mean, do you still have to destroy it or can it just be scooped up and another corps to replace it ?

It comes out of Reinforcement at 0% shields, and IIRC if it regenerates to over 25% shield yoy need to reinforce it again before you can destroy it.
