Well what's changed? Has it been nerfed yet?

And if you can't tell if a fit's good or not, or create one from scratch for your specific needs, maybe you shouldn't be flying a T3 yet.

No just his situation. Is he ganking PvE fits and wanting a neut/cov ops cloak/combat probes? Is he jumping about blind and wanting 100mn AB? Does he have links & crystals to consider strong active tank? All personal considerations, all lead to 'good' solo pvp fits.

And again, what's changed about the tengu in the last 3 years?

Get a Drake fly the drake till you have enough isk to buy 5 tengus.
