I can confirm the Minmatar militia will be in Gallente space to help our allies as to even the odds against such a swarm that would decimate our frog allies without our help.... LOL

Because when you put a fleet together of BC's people are afraid to fight because they will lose their ships.

No One cares (or at least they shouldnt) if they lose T1 frigs and dessys.

The whole idea of the FW plexes (minors) is to get good fights with cheap ships.

Ah fairplay, I assumed you guys would be going gate to gate.

No we are utilizing the complexes in FW to prevent being out shipped. The ship restrictions only allow certain size ships. Since we will be in minors (or so they think) minors only allow t1 frigs and dessys.

You don't announce that you intend to form fleets on the forums. You just go form fleets. Roll

You missed the point.

This isnt supposed to be a super secret/complicated effort.

The point is to get newer players (like myself) into a friendly pvp environment where we are welcomed to make mistakes and learn from them.

If you dont want to go then dont, to me this sounds like fun.

I'd be down to go if I could keep up with what and where I needed to be and when.. I'm still trying to figure out the game mechanics lol...

Bolster,

This.

Also, posting in a BolsterBomb thread. *snigger*

I seriously hope you've improved because right now this is one of the most laughable threads ever.

Incidentally, from that site;

Quote:
Capsuleers fighting for the Caldari Militia have come under criticism from BolsterBomb, a self-proclaimed leader of the Caldari, who believes that the militia is suffering due to the cowards that currently fly within it.

I don't believe Bolster called himself the leader of the militia. Only that he wishes to lead a fight. I believe the one true overlord is Super Chair. Can we get a quote from him ?

And

Quote:
He has the belief that the Gallente, who he called blobs that are “nothing more than numbered pilots with guns strapped to a chair”, can be defeated with only Tech 1 frigates and has called for those within the militia to stock up on “basic ships”.

Loving the instigating here. Please write more propaganda. Perhaps your fansite can help ignite and improve the trolling found in these FW threads which have become unoriginal as of late.

The only thing laughable is your Internet Tough Guy act.

After Action Report (AAR)

My expectations were not high given this was our first fleet. Expectations were:

1) Get a fleet of a min of 10 to go out and fight in the plexes - achieved
2) Teach the group how plexes work and how to setup inside the pelx - achieved
3) Teach the fleet how to move together and listen to the FC - achieved...they did a great job of this
4) Get a couple kills - not achieved
5) Take at least 2 plexes - Achieved

The fleet did great. You can smack all you want about the kill board but we took a group of inexperienced pilots and taught them how a fleet works. they listened very very well. Everyone listen to commands about warping holding on gates, etc. very good job. We did fail at two items (one of which i did not talk about nor worry about on the first fleet) The primary was not shot. People were shooting different people. This happens with the most experienced players so I am not worried about this. This will get better with time. The second thing that was not good was all our griffins jammed the same people. This was confirmed by Gal communications afterwards. I did not go over this nor am I worried about it for a first time roam.

Over all this roam was a success. We brought the fight to the Gal and they eventually came out after about 1hr 30 mins.

GREAT JOB CALDARI.

Gallente dont get to comfy in BR we are coming back out next week. For more action. I will keep this forum active here with the dates and times of departure again.

We fully EXPECT and WANT the gallente to come fight.

EDIT:

And for any of my fleet members that wondered where I went to in the first plex. My graphics card died in the middle of RvB jumping into system with 14 BCs. I hurdled two baby gates, woke up a 3 week old baby and pissed off my wife as I ran through the house grabbing my laptop.

turned out to be a great fight, definitely should do it again. perhaps we could even arrange it so we get a bunch of guys with cheap ships and just fight in a system for like half an hour. would be fun, lots of kills for both sides and would be a great way to get new players introduced to combat so they come out more often. it doesn't even have to be one fleet vs another fleet. why not have the players split into groups and in several different plexes in system. might make the fight last a little longer

Uuuuh, that explains my survival. Lol I got in a second earlier than the rest (nobody else aligned) but I lost only a third of armor.

Anyway, the action at the warp-in was brutal and it felt that the whole thing lasted only seconds. It was a great joy blowing you to smithereens, little squiddies. Come back soon!

With the 3 griffins should have some sort of ECM assignment I believe they ended up jamming the same target, which practically neutralized the main advantage that you guys had. Also at least one arty thrasher was sitting about 7k off the warp-in.
