There was no political benefit. I revealed the whole story because a few in leadership positions were already aware of it and pushing it any further would not have gained anything more out of CCP unless I kept the interdiction going for a full 30 days or similar.
In that case not even the most patient of the incursion runner would have forgiven me even though a month long interdiction might have had CCP act much quicker.

The fact remains that by revealing myself publicly I gain and lose many aspects.
First of all I am being severely punished and restricted for my actions. Secondly a lot of friends/associates have turned their backs on me and even the small vanguard incursion community I created back in June want nothing to do with me.

*shrugs* that's what I knew would happen when I went into this and I shouldn't expect any other treatment. I wanted to get a point across to CCP and I managed. They created a feedback thread where everyone interested could chip in a few cents about incursions.

The only benefit with revealing myself is that I can now finally switch between alts without waiting a random amount of time as to not awake suspicion.

Perhaps if you had acted less like a greifer some may have felt some sort of sympathy for you... but from all your posts it appears you did it for the tears...

EDIT: Failed miserably.

Regardless we have just had the first few tear donations in our channel. It was beautiful. They compared us to goons and said we would fail miserably just like they did when they attempted the first thing.
One of them literally said that we would die in a fire like they did. I think these arrogant incurbears have misunderstood something.
We are the ones that kill it with fire - not the other way around Twisted

As much as tears are precious to many people I don't find them that valuable, drdxie.
But I thank you for the compliment on my ability to act and disguise.

While I think that you have made a truly commendable contribution to the Eve fraternity, it stands to reason that someone who founded a channel/ideal based on the very thing you sought to take down could've at least not used an alt.

All said, well done! This is what Eve needs more of!

I doubt many truly forgive you now.

Are you seriously surprised by this?

And severely punished is permaban from all relevant incursion channels including BTL. Anything less means you are getting benefit over those who ganked in the past.

You actually still use that char? lolzors

Let us just pretend the community manages to forgive you for shutting an ENTIRE EXPANSION down for hisec players. How do you even remotely try to explain away your support and participation in the fake logi fleets that got incursion runners destroyed?

How was that not you wanting to destroy people who trusted you?

Um...I rather doubt that s/he shut "AN ENTIRE EXPANSION!!!1111!!!" down, OK? Get over yourself.

Unless Incursions have been removed whilst I wasn't looking?

Judging by most of your petulant rage posting, I'd suggest you do in fact take this game a little too seriously.

Just out of curiosity, are you familiar with the first rule of eve?

I fly logi fer realsies, and I have to replace them out of my own pocket(they usually get paid for by alliance later, once the SRF paperwork goes through) potentially any time I undock in it.

Hell, since getting jumped at a gate on the way to a fight isn't eligible for SRF, I stand a fair chance of not getting any money to pay me back at all, since I do have to fly to the fleet staging point.

I hardly think its fair that you people farm isk up all day at no real risk, without any real way to threaten that income, while I have to fight to maintain my isk making space, where I can make a fraction(significant, but still a fraction) of what an incursion runner makes all the while having to be ready to actually fight, and frequently having to leave it behind to go, you got it, fight.

Whether you understand or agree with what was done, apparently the eve community at large(read: non-incursioners) does, as does CCP, and appropriate actions are being taken.

As for Ammzi's alleged 'betrayal': I'm sure he will be welcome in almost any 0.0 alliance in the game, if he wants to go that way, or if he wants, he can just start a new incursion community to challenge the existing kings. As said, he has more experience than anyone in the game at this points, having literally built 2 from scratch already.

TL;DR: get over yourself, in the realities of eve what was done was benign and constructive. Most of us would have tried to maximize your suffering, instead of ending this early and letting you get back to your abuse.

Not correct:

It's just that most of this community disgusts me.

E: Not least of all the ones who think they're somehow entitled to farm massive ISK at next-to-no risk. That's not how EVE is supposed to work, OK?

As a former member of one of his corps I doubt anything will really hurt this guy, he's a 19 yr old kid going to university, may have more time for studies as peoples memories lapse

When he has time he can buy new toons with the billions he has earned running these as they were and exploiting them for everything they are worth (until too many others started to share the same benefit ;) )

He also loves to gloat about this even though he is playing the "noble" front here (wink wink)

Ammzi aka Montami aka Krissada aka many many other toons as I've managed to find out is just in it for himself, his ego knows no bounds.

That being said everyone has a perfect target for any heart felt retribution. My former corp Imperial Guardians is Ammzi's passion, despite all the denials it is something he very much controls from teamspeak chats.

Consider that a great target...if you can't destroy the man because he will just hide under a new alt. Destroy what he is proud of and enjoy it. The corp is full of nub players anyway which is why I am no longer there.

Adios

I always thought the EVE community was so old in comparison to other games. Didn't know this was the Kindergarten of MMOs where little kiddies grow up until they are old enough to play other games.

Guess your not old enough yet to realize that the single biggest stress relief for an adult life is to act like a kid Roll

If I had to act like an adult in a game I pay to play, I'll go find one without the behavior restrictions.

Also, ever notice the games with the most rules about behavior tend to have the youngest average player age? If you an adult, you should be able to deal with this. I deal with worse every single day at work, mostly from senior citizens(I currently do tech support for internet at RV parks). The older you get, the more likely you are to demand what you want because you have learned that you get nothing if you don't speak up.

The 'I don't like this, someone fix for me' attitude is the one you mostly get from children. The 'HAHA, I fixed you!' as a very adult mindset, believe it or not.

My God, what is this madness of a thread? Are Incursion bears really that upset over the killing of Mom sites? So what if Kriss is Ammzi, he's a cool dude. It's about time someone stopped the mindless grinding of your Vanguard fleets, you kids grind harder than I ever will in 0.0. You're a bot without the whole macro program.

Come to 0.0, where the real men/bots are.
