Scanner range slide bar

Add a slide bar to range input for the range on the directional scanner. (Add, do not remove the input box.)

Anything that makes the directional scanner less of a pig to use is a good thing.

unsure about this one.
every single improvement of the directional will benefit my targets as well, so actually the easier the thing is the smaller is my advantage over people not familiar with the scanner, so rather NO for this idea.
