Suicide Ganking Mechanics

Hello all,

As per subject, some questions re suicide ganking.

1. Assuming a ganker has just started shooting its victim and turned red:

a) If the victim shoots back, will concorde/gate/station guns disengage the ganker?

b) Can anyone in the vincinity attack the ganker even if they're not in the victim's Corp, and not get concorded? And if so, will concorde disengage?

c) similar to A), but if a corpie from the victim shoots at the ganker, will concorde disengage?


2. After the ganker is destroyed, who will own rights to the wreck in the various scenarios below?

a) if no-one shot at them but concorde (i assume they stay blue)

b) victim shot back at the ganker

c) corpie shot back at the ganker

d) random pilot (not corpie) shot back at the ganker

e) any combo of the above

3. Kill mails

a) will anyone that shot at the ganker get a KM?

Just remeber gankee, if you set your drones on the ganker, you get on the concordokken killmail. So you may lose your shiny hulk, but you get a pretty killmail for forum trolling and the harvesting of gankers tears :P

And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell.

The best is when you see a failed gank happen and you're just in the area minding your own business. Then you just activate a single gun or offensive module on the ganker and get on the killmail. It looks really bad when a ganker loses a ship and has no kill to show for it.
