Numbers: Mining 'carebears' and casuals WAY prevalent

No excuse for being an idiot in a belt afk mining in a ship thats operationally costs too much to replace effectively.

Only effective defense against the gankers is pvp minded support and protection, pre-gankers, and being pointed in the right direction with a WCS or three :0 since tank fitting isnt enough in some parts of space..

So lots of people are training Orca alts for hauling their **** around?

I don't always post on the forums, but when I do, I post with my main.

That is the exact reason I bought that skillbook - to get unscannable cargo hold for sensitive transporting.

Hm.. i got me an orca because it got a nice big hold so i can transport stuff around and have the side benefit of beeing usefull for mining.

But i got nothing better to do atm, so now i'm building me an obelisk for the luls Big smile

Oh yes, they were quite prevalent in a Mass Test on Sisi.

Right as we were about to gate jump, one warped in and scattered about 20 ships including 3 Titans. All went flying. Wish I had video.

That was Diagoras' numbers for the top 3.

Mining Foreman is BOLDED.

Welcome to the sandbox where people play how they want. I guarantee you that for each PvPer there are 2 or 3 miners. People like myself with 1 character for PvP may have one or more other characters for mining.

Oh, and what exactly do you care if more people are buying Mining Foreman skill? Heck, I'll be buying one here shortly for a toon I'm training up to Orca to sell in the Character Bazaar.
