When an account is hacked an extensive check of recent activity is done. Do you really, REALLY think they are referring to transactions that took place after he lost control of his account?

I would assume that CCP has some extensive logging in place. If we're able to see our transactions, it's apparent to me that CCP also has that ability. If you’ve purchased ISK on your account in the past and CCP found it while auditing your petition for your current hacking, then shame on you. If they only found transactions after your hack date, then shame on them.

My bigger concern is, “how did you get hacked?” How many people have your account information? If you say anyone besides yourself, then you’re to blame.

This is by no means correct. There are many stories within the mmorpg industry of whole database being compromised.
Everything made by humans can be cracked by humans. There is no hack-proof platform in the virtual world, just more difficultly ones to be accessed by haxxors.

The whole "my registries are clean; my spyware detectors don't report anything; my antivirus says my PC is cool" thing is trivial.

I didnt "flame" anyone. I simply stated my personal belief that he was guilty. Also, the guy that said accounts aren't hacked has some merit. They don't "hack" the mmo, they send you phishing emails, guess your password, etc 99% of the time.

Also, your constant tear-ridden rage posing isn't helping his image in the least

No evidence, and its only my personal belief. If he's innocent, why do you even care what anyone thinks?

Not to mention, this type of thing seems to happen fairly often. Some guy gets in trouble for buying isk, complains on forums about how he's innocent, and eventually gets found out to be lying. Not saying thats the case here, but it does seem to be the trend.

And as for the guy who's seen these screenshots that prove his innocence, why not share them here? It could only help, yeah?

Sharing petition information is a bannable offense, btw. So not only did he lose his isk, he might get banned. FAIL... seems about right currently...
