Wh effects on a POS

Specifically pulsar effects on a pos, I checked after DT and I noticed that the shields are at 100% after downtime so the regen bug is gone, but does the pos get the HP bonus? and if it does does it get the reduction in armor resists as well?

As far as I know, the WH effects do not influence POS structures, only capsuleer ships and mods.
