Ban the use of capitals in hisec space

This is clearly overpowered and needs to be stopped

How many times have you been talking in local and all of a sudden you get hot dropped by capitals?

"UNDOCK AND FIGHT LIKE A REAL MAN"

"ANYONE NEED A SALVAGE BUDDY?"

"1 VS 1 AT BELT 1"

or

"I LIKE TURTLES"

clearly this needs to be addressed and dealt with in a swift and timely manner.

Low and nulsec residents have clearly earnt the right to type in all caps, and we should enforce this ruling more.

This policy is central to my attempt on gaining a CSM seat this coming election

Great joke this thread

CCP really please dont use Upgraded, Limited, Experimental and Prototype in item names. It sounds like the item is actually worse than basic meta 1 item. Use Calibrated, Enhanced, Optimized and Upgraded. Its really easy to understand that the item is better than meta 1 and its also in alphabetic order.
