Did not consider implants

Make implants unplugable. May as well considering that's all we use JCs for now.

"But that'll crash the market for implants-" GOOD! Christ I'm sick of people having to stay docked and not going out to play and try to enjoy this damn game because they're scared of losing a head full of these stupid things, I just want to pod them just so they can be done with them and go have some fun. Fucks sake! And I'm tired of people who choose not to PvP having an advantage when it comes to skill training, along with their zero-risk empire money fountains.

I do not always agree with TEST/GOONS but as a long time Indy non-pvp player who is starting to fly in 0.0/low I fully agree with this. I do think the various implants are a great feature, but they could be replaced by some tweaking of modules stats to supplement the removal of the implants. Now that i have 2 toons with 0 implants, I am having more fun because:
1.) the cost of loss is highly reduced when i have no implants
2.) the worry of loss is only mitigated to the ship fit and if you fit cheap then who cares
3.) i can quickly return to poke the monsters with a twig if i have a JC nearby or a clone nearby.

after you've lost them a few times you sure get tired quickly of paying to replace them, i would have to say that they are a counter productive to the game. people just get too scared, i being one who used to be

1. Gradually nerf supers to the point of complete uselessness.

2. Alter CSAAs to function as titan reprocessors.

3. Remove Supers from the game and gradually refund everyone's skillpoints to correct for the horrendous mistake that was made in introducing them in the first place because CCP assumed that they would be rare

Worried about the market having 1000 titans worth of minerals dumped on it? It may be painful, but maybe not so painful if CCP ban all mining bots around the same time, and changed the drone regions so that the rats dropped bounties! WHAT A MASTERSTROKE!

Game = Fixed.

that image makes me sick, and that's just 1 of nulls groups.

that image is why EVE is truly broken, it makes EVE look stupid honestly

It's what happens when you introduce anything 'more powerful' and 'hard to get' in an mmo, they just become the norm and in EVE's case they simultaneously create a barrier to entry for new corps and alliances.

1. Make Super Carriers into Tier 2 (not Tech 2, but Tier 2) Carriers.

Truly a masterpiece, but have you even looked at the skill requirements of a supercarrier? What about their market category - have you checked that?

It's bad enough that a single HIC has the ability to solo a super let alone have a falcon able to do the same job.

Oh boy.

Show me where a single HIC has soloed a supercarrier. Hint: it doesn't happen.

If you fly around in a faction battleship, a single Rifter can keep you tackled if he manages to keep transversal on you while his friends burn across space to murder you. That's how EVE is - even a Rifter can be dangerous. Supercapitals should not be an exception to that rule.

Should they be completely defenseless against them? Even most battleships have some way of dealing with a pesky little rifter, why shouldn't an expensive, and expensive to train super?

The cost of the ship only determines what you risk by fielding it. Training time and cost should not determine their performance - a Vindicator may cost 10 times as much as a Mega, and it takes significantly longer to train for, but it does not have 10 times the performance.
