I'm not one to normaly moan about these things. But there is a level of customer service i would expect from any service i pay my hard earned cash for. And as i cannot change service it seems CCP are taking advantage of this situation.

I have submitted a simple petition over 5 days ago and still no responce.

Now to me, and im sure everyone else who is subbed to EvE online feels my pain. Or simply doesnt bother using petitions because of the lack of communication or support.

Common CCP clearly this is an issue. And the customer service guys need a kick up the backside.

I have a petition thats been opened since the 14th of January with no response at all. I once tried to open another petition to inquire about the delay only to have it closed telling me to wait my turn and no other response given. And I can no longer open new petitions on that character.

Im pretty disappointed the response time and the level of service provided here.

It would seem to me that Crucible has broken more things that it added. Maybe time wounds all heals and I just don't remember the other post expansion periods as clearly. I have to admit that is a possibility, another possibility is that they reached to far to attempt to appease the peasants and sacrificed quality control. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's just me. Perhaps I should just learn to accept and enjoy the rich new features of Crucible, stacked onto the old persisting features from Incarna... melded beautifully together... I didn't want that video card anyway that burned itself up, I like my GPUs to consistently run at a near maximum workload, it makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I so enjoy the new 3d rendered log in screen that all by itself pegs my resources, I like it even more now that I have to try and log on 5 or 6 times per character to not get some bullshit message about the cluster being full and I'm number 2727376234786234 in the que in the middle of the day when 20k people are logged on. I love the way the company just disregards and disrespects its clientele. I makes me incredibly happy to see them spamming crap on the front of their website and advertising fanfest instead of reporting which issues are known and what is going to be fixed and when. I am just thrilled that their priorities are so squared away. Or, maybe that's not the way a customer oriented company would behave. Perhaps, call me crazy, they should skip fanfest and fix the expansion.

AMEN

... hearing my fans rev up flipped me out ... my 3D architecture software doesn't even run my machine this hard ....... oh the days when you could run multi clients on one box and not get all skippy and jumpy when entering a radar or mag site.

I gave up probing ... felt like I was the one getting probed LOL
