The Screaming War Eagle Association is looking to create a market logistics corporation. We want a corporation to do everything on the market including, but not limited to, regional trading, hauling, and trading shares. I an looking for investors to invest to get a starting wallet to use to make ISK with. This type of corporation requires ISK to make more ISK. I am about half way to my goal with private investors, but it isn't enough. I am looking for public investors. Each share is going for one million ISK. There are currently 360 shares left. I will be doing a split soon if that seems to much to public investors. In a split investors will receive shares to their percentages, so no investors looses vote power or ISK value.

you have 360shares/1000 you wana sell , for 360 m .
So how much you got already 700 milions ?
What is youre goal , how much did private investors invested ?

And you seem to be confused about what you really want . MArketing trading hauling and the one you advertise is 2 different things .

so you sold shares to the private for 1 mill. exactly how many shares do the private investors hold and how many do you and the corp hold. there are 650 shares laying around and to me i feel there are is something off here.

so you sold 650 shares for dirt cheap to the private investors and you expect the public to spend 1 mill per share. doesnt seem like a good way to get start up isk imo. a 10% discount to private share holders is one thing even for corpmates, but what your doing is counter productive. not gonna lable you off as scammer just yet, but im suspicious.

I think he has great objectives in front of him , and want to achieve much stuff . But much of it is out of his reach , like a corp , or the corps he tryed to make . So he just tryed on every front he can , but he has little clue about corp i think , hope now he got better . And tryed to make already something else , with very little clue about it ....

The stuff youre trying to create or run needs some knowledge , some skills , and not the ingame skills but real skills , time , more knowledge , and so on ... Imo its out of youre reach so far .

My advice , get the money you already have . Keep youre corp runing and do youre best in that direction and i mean like everything a good corp is more important then youreself .
Then take the money , go and start trading , and i mean trading actually with everything else it involves (tho dont forget about youre corp)
When you get the hang of trading you should be able to have plenty of isk by youreself , then try hauling or anything else you have in mind . That takes plenty of time and practice , when you got something REAL going on you can ask for more isk sell share or such stuff ...

Thats my 2 cents , rlly wont troll cos i dont think youre a scammer , but i am sure you have little clue tho :P

If all you're doing is selling drones in losec, I question your ability to turn around enough to make this sustainable. Why can't you start with the money already invested?
