neocom skill progress bar is wrong

i have currently 5h left of a lvl5 5x skill.

skill queue shows a almost completely filled bar (which is realistic), the neocom has quite a bit left, like 85% - this can't be correct

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
