So ive seriously been stuck on this mission for hours.

Its the first mission handed out by Raidon_Setala (the caldari migrants part 1)

For the life of me I cannot seem to find where im meant to go. Im supposed to be finding a radio telescope and getting a scanner data 1 out of it.

Ive searched all the belts for the deadspace gate. Ive checked the actual deadspaces in system. Ive read about 10 guides (most of which are copy/paste jobs of each other). Ive searched this forum, evewiki and ingame help channels.

Is there supposed to be an encounter style deadspace here? Do I have a buggy mission. I simply cannot find where this supposed deadspace is supposed to be or the radio telescope within it :(

I've been working on the gallente cosmos missions of late and ran across your post. Perhaps this might be useful to you

There's several detailed walkthroughs at the very bottom of the page that may have the answer you seek.

Specifically here's the caldari walkthrough

It is indeed an Encounter Mission and the radio telescope (called Surveillance Telescope in this mission) is located in the last stage there. Well, at least according to my own guide here.

I sent through a petition to see if the site is indeed an encounter spawned by the agent or if it is a static plex.

Its looking like a buggy encounter by the sounds of things

Yep it was a bug. Strangely it effected two seperate accounts I was running so I didnt assume it was a bug.

Just goes to show I guess...

Thanks for the links above regardless
