Our sources inside the Federation navy relesed this to us. At 03:24am eve standard time gallente navy units in the system of RPS-0K detected strange EM signitures comming from the fith planet in the system. The readings were similar to those of a mjonir cruise missile detonating but were much much stronger. before the units could investigate the anomaly further they came under attack from an unknown enemy and were forced to disengage and leave the system without suffering any major damage. Scope News will continue to moniter the situation and will report any more infomation as it comes to hand.

Got any infomation on this event? post it here.

More news from our source in the Federation navy. A Federation navy Cov Ops ship managed to enter the RPS-0K system and do a quick scan of the fifth planet were the large EM reading had been recorded. It turnes out the reading had come from one of the "cities" that inhabit the planet. The ship was forced to retreat from the system under the eyes of caldari navy officials in the system who somehow managed to pick up the ship even though it was cloaked. The reason why caldari navy units are in the system is because the system is in the caldari quarter of the Stain region. For thouse of you not well versed in the history of the stain region after the defeat of Sansha during the first war the Stain region was devided up between the four empires so keep an eye on it. the data retreved from the ship indecated that the city of "Randell" as it is known localy was completly devoid of life signs. According to resent reports from that system the city usualy has a population of aound 20,000 to 30,000 Sansha "citizens". The ship did not manage to get a visual image from the city to comfirm weather the population had vanished or had been killed.

More news as we get it.

I am strained to believe that the Gallente Navy would find itself out in Stain. The duplicitous nature of your corporation's name, Tobias, does not help. Your history of the Stain region does not match up with the official CDIA file on the history of Sansha Kuvakei and how his minions ended up in Stain.

I would believe this only if there were independent confirmation of these observations from a local entity, like the Against ALL Authorities alliance, or verification from SCOPE that they indeed have someone with such bad spelling on their payroll.

I have been to Stain recently and our coalition did not report any sighting of Caldari Navy ships or personnel in the areas of Stain that -A- controls or the nearby regions leading to Stain from Empire space. Our intel network covers much of Stain and the surrounding regions, its strange for the Scope to make up such a story.
