This isn't the place for that. If you would like a damage bonus on the Rokh, you should write a well-thought out post comparing the Rokh and its DPS to other similar ships and state clearly why you feel that it should get a bonus. And said post should go in the F&I or Assembly Hall forum, not here.

If you are unwilling/unable to do so, then the answer is "No".
