If you are talking about a program that reads your market data from cache, I am currently using eve mentat (http://www.evementat.com/) to get that info. I also ran the eve marketeer (http://www.evemarketeer.com/home) market scanner before, it automatically goes through market pages, so they get uploaded to eve marketeer and are also in your cache for you to look at.

If you have some programming skills and don't need a program which does everything for you, then I suggest Reverence which I am using.

However if you have no programming skills then this is useless to you. It is just a library and as such does nothing on itself.

http://eve-marketdata.com has a great uploader that reads market cache (Windows) and can be used in combination with javascript page they have to read your application cache to upload while you are sitting in station. Great tool to use for stocking your station. However, its buggy when running multiple clients.

EVE marketeer has a great uploader too, and it uploads to ALL market websites (even your own!), in addition, it's not buggy with multiple clients (up until the 3 I tested anyway, let me know if you tried with 20 clients and it still works :D): Download
