Over 7.5 million in leadership. Only 3 Spec skills at lv4, WC at 3 and the rest at lv5. Can use t2 Shield/Mining Ganglinks

Anchoring to 5. Starbase defence to lv4

Some Trade skills

Some Industry

Can fly Scim / Orca / Loki / Most t2 Minny frigates and also light a cyno.

Many injected skills with no training on them.

Has full set Basic Implants
1 x PG4
1 x EE4
1 x KXA1000

1 x Bonus remap available. Not sure if this will move with the char or not.

Postive wallet

No Killrights

Char will be parked at Ammar VIII (Oris) - Emperor Family Academy

ALL CCP terms and conditions apply.
Isk will be paid to StiffRick and I'll pay the xfer fee.

Actually I think your quite wrong. There were better char's not getting near 7 bill. Hardly greedy letting him go for a realistic price than changing goal posts when I didnt get to a rediculous number. I think I was fair to accept 4 bill.

You sir, must be the greedy one thinking in terms like that.
