Militants to be launched in cargo container in mission "Unauthorized Military Presence" as same as they are in "Smuggler Interception" and as Confiscated Viral Agent in "Intercept The Sabotuers" !!! NOW!!!

I dunno. Considering that this is clearly the most broken mechanic in the game, a little additional exposure couldn't hurt it all that much.

I wonder if somewhere in CCP HQ they have one of those old fashioned rubber stamps which go with red ink ... you know the kind that used to be put on some documents and said... REJECTED!
