Sort out the current war mechanics *dec shield and such* <- this is baddykins

Agression for remote reps.. i dont mean "zomg he can shoot the rr" we currently have.. i mean no docking for the 60 seconds like everyone else who agresses with guns/ecm/angry stares.

I dont honestly get why CCP makes RR half agressed and still be able to dock instantly / jump the gate.

I know this is a very large issue for anyone who wants to have some sort of legitimate pvp experiance in highsec. I've abused the hell out of this system myself for years.. im very sure its a broken feature :D anyone who claims otherwise is still exploiting it to "win" their wardecs. Most "good" highsec pvp corps basically just bring 5 shiny t3/pirate bs's with a metric ton of neutral rr's to win every fight.. atleast give the average lemming a chance to shoot and KILL their rr's not just force them to dock / undock instantly..

Nerf vanguards/ rebalance that shiz.. harder incursions moar risk <- kinda think they mentioned this in the csm notes anyway :D

Highsec cov cynos = win . New player made content is good content . (could also help combat those nasty nuet rr's) "oh look.. 3 guardians 70km off.." cyno up.. income the 5 pilgrims ontop of their face. = happy days .

Everything i just said will probably never happen though so :D yay for ccp

CONCORD hunted them to extinction in their lands. We have to protect the bubbles by allowing them to breed in nullsec.

However, the particles that come in from lowsec through the gates mean that those are the best places to allow them to grow. If you jump in through one of those, your killmail(s) will help the bubbles to grow and proliferate.

Anchoring V is the best V as it lets you breed the (relatively) rare and powerful Large Mobile Warp Distuptor.

Leave high sec alone and never speak of it again. change nothing.

Change 0.0 so alliance's can only hold space based on the active player amount. This would be counted by allowing more systems to be held based on how many active players each alliance has(another system held in sov for each 20 active players each alliance has). Measured as system jumps from the alliance "HQ system" for a maximum of the constellations connected to the HQ system's constellation.

This should make everyone happy as it would mean more people moving to 0.0 to participate in what ever pvp.

It's funny to me that goons and the other alliances holding massive unused quantities of 0.0 (except for moon goo) complain that not enough people move to 0.0 yet they hold so much space that no one can move to 0.0.

Also eliminate moon goo completely giving anyone with access to 0.0 the exact possibility of obtaining/making the items necessary to build caps/supers.

Obviously something needs to be done about how supers are built since they are currently being built like ammo by the few alliances holding all the high quality moons. The new reports showing supers destroyed and built should make that obvious to anyone.

An idea that just popped into my head (not limited to just High-sec, yet someone mentioned the bounty system earlier):


Alrighty, so for years now people have been using bots to gain success through mining, ratting, and other activities. Now CCP has spent at this point probably what amounts to around a million man hours to detecting and banning accounts that use bots. Now, how could we turn this into an event that A) the EVE community can assist in, and B) make it enjoyable?

CCP bounties on bots!

Maybe some sort of system where either through player reporting or whatever system CCP currently uses, an account is found to be in the act of using a bot. Instead of the account getting permabanned, a bounty is put up for lets say 60% of the hull currently being flown.

~120 mil per hulk kill:D millions for a botting carrier?


This is a spur of the moment idea and definitely needs more thought, but it is interesting, you gotta admit that!


My new goal is to bubble a super....but who is going to kill it for me?

Change the mechanics of docking games, too many hi sec dwellers sit outside in their Officer mod fitted Raven Navy Issue and dock at the first sign of trouble- make them fight.
