Dear CCP:

It is quite evident that you post threads to this subforum and don't bother to read what players write in response to your feedback threads (e.g. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=54037&find=unread)

Despite players taking the time to write constructive posts and responses to pending game changes, our thoughts are completely ignored and not even a single response was given indicating that you guys read and consider player opinions. It's almost as if you post threads only to give the illusion that you actually care what the playerbase thinks, stringing us along waiting for you to actually fix the game when you have no intentions too.

Assault frigate changes were recently implemented despite 53 pages of thread pointing out very real problems with the pending changes. The hybrid turret rebalancing thread has been growing longer each day, but no indication is given that you are even considering what players are commenting on. We are the ones who log in and play this game for hours each week. We are more in touch on what happens in the metagame than any developer could be, simply given the wisdom of crowds and time invested actually playing the game. Yet, you continuously ignore our feedback, and never once acknowledge you are actually reading what we write.

So what's the point of even asking for our feedback? It's utter bullshit to ask us for our opinion only to never read it. Stop wasting our time and thoughts if you won't bother to read the feedback that YOU ASK FOR.

The best way you can start fixing this game? Actually read what we are discussing here and our feedback to your pending changes. You have consistently failed at balancing the game on your own, as evidenced by how useless Gallente is (and Caldari has been heading down the mostly useless path as well). So please actually start reading the threads you start when asking for our feedback instead of just wasting our time.

If they dont read these forums, then why are you posting to them?

Also: they are more active in this forum than any other (besides the obligatory announcements and etc.)

Postings of what's even new to LOOK for or try out would be helpful........just a little.......really and honestly they would.

I think their strategy is to let people argue as much as possible then hope they will eventually either bore or tire us off.

i think the problem is on both the hybrid and assault frig balance threads 9/10 posts are drivel and trolling, and its too much of a pain to find the constructive ones (without reading all 50+ pages)

To say they aren't reading our posts is ignorant to say the least. I do agree that they should at least acknowledge they are reading and give us some sort of update on what's happening.

One of the issues with them posting saying what their ideas are, is as soon as they post it everyone seems to think it's set in stone. Then, if nothing changes or something else is implimented everyone feels like they got led astray. CCP walks a thin line when it comes to customer relations.
