I'm looking for a char with the following skills :

Amarr frig , cruiser and battleship lvl 5
Battlecruiser lvl 5
T2 guns for the above , specs at 4 is fine
Advanced weapon upgrades lvl 5
T2 drones up to and including heavy
Drone interfacing lvl 5
Logistics lvl 5
Cybernetics lvl 5
and excellent support skills to make it all work


Must be able to travel anywhere in empire and have a sec standing no lower than -2.00
positive wallet , no killrights , located in empire , zero to minimal waste ( not paying for industrial skills )

Budget : 12b

Not having logistics lvl 5 and/or battlecruisers lvl 5 is not a deal breaker if everything else on my list is there
