After my earlier message here I got private evemail from hauler belonging to certain other hauling company asking if I really thought that Push Industries is better than Red Frog Freight. Well I did, but after our evemail conversation I decided that I want to actually test which one is better for me.

So I started to split all my contracts into 2, giving one half to Push Industries and other half to Red Frog Freight, with exactly same route and allmost same time, size and collateral (as close as I could get, difference was never significant for this competition).

Preliminary results after first 8 contracts:

What can I say. Push was allways cheaper. Push was faster in 6 contracts and Red Frog in 2. But when Push was faster, it was a lot faster and when Red Frog was faster, is was only slightly faster.

This is still just 8 contracts, so I'll continue collecting stats. But unless Red Frog starts going significantly faster, they just might see competition pushing them away from playing field. Lol

I am happy to report we have moved over 3000 contracts and handled 2 trillion ISK worth of goods! Another milestone reached!

I joined a new corp, and was talking about moving in PushX channel. Lucky for me, someone pointed out I can actually bundle up my rigged ships and push them to my new location. So, I set up two contracts (700K m^3 and 500m^3). The smaller one was completed in 45 minutes and the large after 2 hours (I believe by the same person). Anyway, the other amazing thing, besides the time, was that this was at 4:30 am GMT (or 9:30pm my time) which usually means people are asleep.

TLDR: The sun never sets on the PushX empire.

SUGGESTED CHANGES:



SERVICE ADDITIONS:

Added nullsec jump freight service! 80 million ISK per contract, affected by collateral multiplier.

Added new maximum capacity to be 981,250m3 available on special request.


VOLUME:

900,000m3 is now the preferred maximum capacity for all large freight, from 860,000m3

Lowsec maximum changed to 30,000m3 from 38,000m3 to accommodate faster service

Nullsec jump freight service capacity added as 337,500m3


PRICES:

Lowsec Station Pickup fee raised to 1,000,000 ISK from 200,000 ISK to be in-line with highsec 50% of gate fee

Nullsec jump freight service starts at 80,000,000 ISK per contract, affected by collateral multiplier

Hub to Hub prices remain the same


RUSH REWORK:

Increasing volumes and prices at a rate that favors greater volumes and lower prices to encompass those volumes

Old Rush orders were 200m3, 10,000m3, 100,000m3 and 1,000,000m3, at 7.5, 15, 25 and 35 mil respectively.

New Rush orders are now 10,000m3, 30,000m3 and 900,000m3, at 10, 20 and 30 mil respectively.

You didn't like my 31 m3, 5 billion RUSH ? Sad

Anyway, I don't have any questions about those, but I'd like to ask about MicroPush. Is it meant to be cheaper but not as fast, or as fast as normal contracts? i.e. if I have small packet, should I expect to get it moved faster if I do 300k/jump contract to Push Industries instead of 100k/jump contract to MicroPush? Or should the delivery time be about same?

1 j from our system is the following region.

a total of [381]
ok not all have station and only one has connection to high sec hed-gp...a no go area at the moment...big losses there:) 16 k ships and 23 k pods i belive:)
so lets find a station from the region mentioned where we can safly and constant make the exchange:)

Hey Mal, thanks for posting. We are currently in the stages of feeling out Micro. Once our website goes live which should be within the next month, we are going to be taking a very serious look at Micro at an entity. There is a possible chance we will roll Micro pilots into Push, but retain Micro pricing. I can honestly say we are not sure yet how we are going to handle Micro. As it stands there are only a handful of Micro pilots to begin with (of which whom are very talented) so if we are able to continue recruitment it should be viable to continue having Micro as their own entity. But as it stands there are only one or two Micro pilots who log in regularly each day, making service more sparse than Push Industries.

Thanks for your comment, we'll figure it out and let you know for sure. As to smaller volume Rush contracts, I will think of something to include very small packages again, likely retaining 7.5/200m3.

Null-Sec JF service now available on a regular basis, pricing has been added to the first post. I've personally made runs to Stain and Venal recently at delivery times that shatters the competition. mew =3
