With the supply of Mining Foreman Midlink's cut to a trickle it with the changes to level 4 missions, CCP should consider addressing this imbalance.

The module is shown as a tech 2 item, so perhaps a tech 1 variant should be introduced along with the possibility of inventing the tech 2 module through the now well established invention process.

The mining profession has been suffering for a long time now through the supply of minerals through drone drops in the drone regions through to reprocessing of loot, that it is no longer all that attractive rather than the necessity of ice mining to keep POS'es running.
