I live in W-space and usually we go WH-diving looking for unsuspecting targets plexing and quickly popping them. I'm wanting to find something I can use that's cloaky, as everyone else in the gang is cloaky.

Lately I've been using just a stealth bomber, but that get's kind of boring and has minimal use in terms of damage on smaller targets. Mostly I'm stuck doing the Anathema job of finding, scootin up and quickly tackling while everyone else comes in.

Everyone else is usually in cloaky tengus or lokis or proteuses (protei?). None of which I can fly, yet.

I've got a Legion and I'd like to be able to use it with the gang, so I came up with a fit I want some ideas on. I went less for damage and more for a solid tank/tackle/neut fit.

It's not too costly, and with all lvl V skills it's got a respectable 137k EHP, resists are 75.1/80.3/81.3/90%. Speed is 582 with the AB on, 199 without. DPS is a piddly 125, but it's not a DPS boat and the guns are there simply to plink away a bit.

I've got 2 medium neuts (50W because they are significantly cheaper than their meta 4 counterparts, in the order of 8-9 mil each) and a small which I just chose 5W in EFT for no reason inparticular. Could be replaced easily with T2 or faction. The idea of 2 meds/1 small being to quickly neut down a target with the mediums cycling fast, then kick them off and let the small keep them drained.

Assuming worst case fight scenario length, the ship is 55% cap stable with the booster not functioning, 3 guns off and the 2 medium neuts off. All point, AB and small neut still on at 55%. Obviously this can be shimmied a bit, such as turning off the AB and keeping a single medium neut on to remain cap stable (again, assuming dry booster. With a booster of course this will run as long as you have charges)

I've got an fit I keep wanting to try that is pretty much a full rack of neuts with the cap regen sub:
Make more tanky to taste I guess :)
