Had been anti-EA almost 95% since after C&C Generals. Been a CnC fan since... CnC DOS version man. When I found out when Generals was half made game and put that half in Zero Hour, I was shocked. No more chances ever since.

I didn't buy any of their games until few years back on steam. Sure they release some gems like Mass Effect and Battlefield series, which I got. But then my hatred went 100% last November. They hit the last straw. I did not buy BF3, and I do not even plan to buy ME 3. Despite I put many hours in BF: BC 2 and waited to play BF3 for over a year, making 5 different Sheppards for ME3, EA isn't getting a penny anymore from me.

It surprises me how ignorant people are, not knowing any history of EA, especially those got into gaming only 2-3 years back. I love would to see EA to bankrupt and die, but that ain't happening since people are still buying their games or doesn't understand what EA have for their reputation, and those same blind gamers are following into Origin.

Don't get me wrong, even with 5%, I would still get BF3 and ME3 on origin, but EA ...

I just wish developers stop making their games under EA brand, let alone publishing.

Nobody (sane) is going to invest that kind of capital in something untested, so they tend to stick to formula.

Edit: Since some people seem to think that CCP is smarter/better than EA for some reason, remember CCP is the company that thought spawning scorpions for just their MT currency would be A-OK. They even convinced themselves the CSM gave its seal of approval too.

Until they realized what a steaming pile of **** their "awesome" graphics engine was, EVE was completely dead to them. Literally all it was going to be was market research and a beta for the upcoming Twilight Online. How's that for customer service?
