Miscellaneous factions should receive unique environments

I was disappointed to find out that the Angel Cartel, the Guristas, the Sisters of EVE, the Society of Conscious Thought and other factions that don't belong to the Empires inhabit standard stations. I really looked forward to exploring the galaxy to witness what unique structures Serpentis must have built for themselves in far corners. Shouldn't the artists in CCP look to creating more diversity? And Captain's Quarters for each, of course. It's not a top priority and it would take plenty of work, but the environments could be introduced gradually, faction by faction.

I like this, but there is more important stuff to do.

Could be a low-priority and ongoing project though.
